The Piscopo family held the title of Mont'Alto, which was created by Francis I Farnese, Duke of Parma in 1720 to Dr Bernardo Piscopo Macedonia JUD. The 1st Count died without issue and the title pass to his sister's grand son. (Felice Manduca).
